HOW WE WORK

Our Booking Process

Our Communication Process

Day prior to the transfer

SCT will make telephonic contact with the passenger the day prior to confirm transfer details.

Day of the transfer

SCT will send the passenger a confirmation text with the driver’s details 4 hours prior to collection time. In the event of a change of the assigned driver, SCT will contact the traveller and send a follow up text. e.g. Hi my name is Douglas (no 0821345678) I’m your Driver from Step Change Travel.

Meet And Greet Protocol

Airport Collections

For the sake of the passenger’s privacy, the driver will hold a display board with the Company’s name (Step Change Travel) clearly displayed.

Domestic Flight

The passenger will meet the driver in the arrivals hall as they exit the sliding doors.

International Flight

The passenger will meet the driver in the arrivals hall close to the information desk. Drivers to ensure that they are visible.

Unlocatable Passenger

In the event that the passenger cannot be located or contacted, the driver will contact the SCT office who will in turn contact the person that made the booking.

Guest Collection Process

The driver will arrive 15 minutes ahead of the requested time. Should the driver not receive the guest within half an hour from the airport the driver will contact the booking company.
